Now this is a gown fit for Grace Kelly!
We just got in this new gown by Amsale called Calliope. It’s a strapless gown with a full A-line skirt made completely of silk radzmir. The bodice sits at the natural waistline and will make any bride look like she has legs a mile long, which is perfect for a petite bride. The A-line skirt can help conceal fuller hips, and can add curves to those in need.
The intricately designed seams not only add visual interest to the bodice, but make it fit beautifully!
The brooch and bow detail that adorn the waist of the gown make it a bit regal and give it a vintage feeling.
If truth be told, there is nothing that I love more than a really really simple gown.
I tell brides every day that you want your wedding pictures to be timeless.
This gown is sophisticated, elegant, classic, architectural, and yes, timeless.
I’m sure if Amsale had designed this gown in 1955, Grace Kelly would have worn it in Alfred Hitchcock’s, “To Catch A Thief.”
Tell me girls, what do you think of the gown I’ve chosen for this week’s Just in @ Kleinfeld?
