A Holiday House for Susan G. Komen

December 4, 2010 Kleinfeld Unveiled

When interior designer, Rona Hartman, asked us at Kleinfeld to co-participate with her in decorating the
2010 Holiday House to benefit Susan G. Komen for the Cure,
we immediately thought it a perfect opportunity to celebrate our holiday mantra: The Gift of Love by giving and participating in a cause so close to our hearts. Being in bridal, Kleinfeld forms relationships with thousands of women each year and want nothing more than for these women to be happy and healthy.

For the third consecutive year, breast cancer survivors and advocates have banded together to create a Holiday-themed Designer Showhouse event benefiting the Greater New York City Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure. The original idea was to create a bridal suite with the use of several mannequins wearing bridal and formal attire. Along with a few props, we provided two mannequins: One dressed in a fabulous new Amanda Wakeley bridal gown and the other in a gorgeous caftan by Pnina Tornai.

The exposition is open to the public until December 15th and will have various special events to
enjoy at the house as well. It is truly a fantastic showcase for those who wish to attend and for a cause that we at Kleinfeld strongly believe in.

Check it out.
